Our February Work Day is Saturday, Feb 22, from 9AM to Noon on the New Calico Peak Trailhead

What We Will Be Doing: We will shuttle people up to the Calico Peak Trailhead, where we will be installing the new trailhead sign.  We will then hike down the new Calico Peak Trail back to the Bridal Veil parking area. It’s a 3-mile, predominantly downhill trail.  We will have trash bags so we can pick up trash and do light trail maintenance along the hike.

What to Bring: Water, gloves and sunscreen.

Where to Meet: Meet at the New Bridal Veil Falls Trailhead at 9:00 AM (same as last month).

Directions to the New Bridal Veil Falls Trailhead from Hwy 82 in High Rolls: .

• Turn north at the High Rolls General Store onto Cherry Blossom Ln for .3 miles
• Turn left at the stop sign onto Cottage Row for .45 miles
• Turn right onto Fresnel Canyon Road and travel 1.4 miles to Harris Hollow
• Harris Hollow Trailhead is located on a curve to the west (on the right)
